Where we ship
We currently ship to Germany and every other EU member state. Shipping to Switzerland, the UK, and other non-EU countries is not available at checkout.
Prices are shown in euros and include the VAT calculated for the delivery destination at checkout.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email when your parcel is prepared for dispatch. Carrier scans can take a few hours to appear after handover. You can also follow the parcel from your account, or from the tracking page using your order reference and email address — no account needed.
