Changed your mind?

You may return anything within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason. This sits on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law — it does not replace or limit it.

Items must come back unused and in a resaleable condition, with any tags still attached. A belt that has been worn on the platform is not resaleable; a belt you tried on at home is.

Email info@squatrat.de with your order reference and what you're sending back. We'll reply with a returns label and the address. Pack the item so it survives the trip — the box it arrived in is ideal.

Eligible returns are free across the EU. Use the form below to open the Sendcloud return portal and create your prepaid label.

We do not offer replacements or exchanges. Once the return reaches us and the returned items are checked, the refund is processed to the original payment method as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt.

After the 30-day window, contact support if you need help or believe an item is defective. We will assess the case, but a return after 30 days is not guaranteed. Your statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected.

Every product carries the statutory rights for defects required under German law. Contact support with your order reference and photos so we can assess the issue. The no-replacement rule applies to our voluntary 30-day return policy only; statutory remedies for a defective product remain unaffected.

Normal wear — leather patina, scuffed canvas, faded webbing — is not a fault. Equipment is meant to look used.
